Submit the form and you will be contacted shortly by our reservation team,
If you agree with the terms that our representative asks, a payment equivalent to a %20 of the rental cost should be made in 7 days,
A confirmation e-mail is sent to you as soon as this payment is received by VillaClubs,
The villa becomes reserved to your name right after this confirmation e-mail,
The balance payment should be made completely before 4 weeks to arrival date as agreed by a credit card or a bank transfer,
The rental voucher then becomes available for our guests following this bank transfer.
During your travel, we will always be at your service with our additional services of car rental, airport transfers and accompany to the villas by our representatives.
From the beginning to the end of your reservation, our representatives will always be at your service. Our accompany will also continue as you arrive. The keys, instruction set, maps and other relevant articles will be supplied to you by our staff.
There is a security deposit for house stuff such as kitchen-wares, electronic equipments, etc. The amount is € 200.00 to be paid in cah and refunded at the time of the end of the rental.
The cleaning cost of house, WC, bath and also the pillow-covers, blanket, etc. is € 50.00 which is non-refundable.
At the time of your arrival, or if you wish to, the next day of your arrival, our company reps will meet you and deliver you necessary travel information pack including area infos, maps, etc.
Clients willing to attend any excursion, cultural activities may simply contact our representative at any time.
A welcome-pack is distributed at the beginning including catalogues, maps, excursions, etc.
Our contact numbers will be delivered to you by our company representatives during our welcome meeting.
All properties are cleaned and also bed, pillow cushions, towels are changed once a week by VillaClubs staff.
At the end of the last day, house stuff is together controlled by our guests and VillaClubs staff.
The security deposit of € 200.00 is the refunded if the property is returned by the guests the same way as delivered.


Reservation:

Please always indicate the mansion code and name for reservation of mansions.
The reservation form must be full-filled completely in order to receive a proper reply by us.
The mansions are reserved once a reservation is entered by our guests. VillaClubs is not responsible any conflicts caused by technical problems on our web site.
Only one promotion applies for the bookings. Promotions and/or discount are not calculated together.


Payment:

Following the submitting of a reservation, a %20 of total rental cost must be transferred by bank or a payment by a valid credit card to VillaClubs in 7 days.
The remaining rental cost must be transferred by bank or a payment by a valid credit card to VillaClubs before 4 weeks (28days) of arrival date.
The reservation becomes valid following the total payment of the rental.
All prices on our web site are weekly rates.
We would like to remind you that a cash deposit of € 200.00 for security and € 45.00 cleaning cost is payable at the time of arrival.
The security deposit of € 200.00 is refundable at the time of departure following mutual agreement on property conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed, the water cost is included into the price.
With villas with a private pool, the pool water may be replaced by customer request at a charge of € 30.00.


Services of our company:

The Voucher is issued and sent to our guests 7 days before arrivals.
VillaClubs suppliestravel guidance service for our guests during rental period.
The cleaning of the bed linen and towels is scheduled once a week by our company.
Additional cleaning requirements are welcomed at a local charge.
Any technical problem or malfunctioning of any item is expected to be declared to our staff immediately. VillaClubs offers a fixing in 48 hours or guarantees a similar mansion unless the problem is fiixed.
Mansions in our web page, which are in the same situation, are and which same mansions carry for the name.
The mansions can not same furniture or external wall color of the type look alike, do not have however receive.


Insurance:
Please you think from travel start, of the conclusion of travel insurance.


Resignation fees:
With resignation fees up to 21 days before the arrival, 50% of the amount of reservation are disbursed. With resignation fees up to 20Tagen forwards the arrival, are our guests obligates full amount of reservation to disburse.


Cancellation conditions:
If our guests are in their vacation period due to their indicated complaints in the right, consider yourself our company responsible and pay 10% back of the Insgesamtbetrags again. The amount, which does not amount to paid back we any more than 10%
