GENERAL CAR HIRE CONDITIONS:
Driver's Licence & Age
Valid national or international driver’s licence held at least for two years and minimum 21 years’ of age for groups B-C-D-E-H, 25 years of age for the groups F-G-X and 28 years of age for the groups L-M. Renter must possess a valid driver's licence of a minimum age of 2 years.
Rental Period
Minimum rental is 24 hours. Any period less than 24 hours also requires a whole day rate.
Price inclusive of
Prices are inclusive of unlimited kms, CDW, 3rd party insurance (upto legal limits) and VAT.
Renters are supposed to return the vehicles at same fuel level as hired. Fuel is at renters expence.
Payment
Cash and credit cards are welcomed as methods of payment.
Insurance
Every rental agreement is valid with initial terms agreed by each parties at the beginning of rental. Any extension of rental duration is subject to ARTICAR's approval. Otherwise all means of insurance becomes VOID.
Also, Collision Damage Waiver is void, if the driver is under the influence of alcohol and drugs, has passed the legal speed limits, if Police Accident, alcohol reports and the damaged car are not returned to the nearest Yes-National office within 48 hours. Insurance also does not cover the damages due to the misusage of the car, and the damages caused by gross negligence.
